Roadmap.
A Strategic Digital Roadmap is the plan that follows a Digital Health Check. It takes the diagnosis — where your digital presence sits today, from whether the right people can find you through to whether your setup is working — and turns it into a sequence you can actually work through.
It's a considered piece of work, sold on a call when it's the right next step. There's nothing to buy on this page; this is here to explain what the Roadmap is if you've heard me mention it.

A plan, not a document.
The Roadmap is a strategic process across a few calls, not a report emailed over. It takes your Health Check findings and what we work out about your goals, and synthesises them into a sequence: what to do, in what order, with a sense of budget per phase, and how you'll know the work is helping. You end with a document, but the value lives in the conversations that produce it.

It sequences the work that's actually worth doing — and, just as usefully, what to leave for later and why. If something isn't worth doing for your situation at all, I'll tell you that too. So you put money and effort into the right thing at the right time, instead of everything at once.

- A clear order of work, so each step builds on the one before it rather than competing with it.
- Worthwhile work I don't deliver myself — like PR or content — flagged in the plan too, so you get the full picture, not just the parts I take on.
