// Stages 1 + 2 // Configurator-priced · $0 free baseline → $4,090 fully loaded

Find out what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. The Digital Health Check + Roadmap is one engagement that delivers two things: a structured review of your current digital presence, and a sequenced plan for the next 6–12 months. Both yours to keep, regardless of whether we work together further.

I've built it as a configurator so you only pay for the depth you actually need. Tick which channels you want analysed, decide whether you want the Strategic Roadmap upgrade, and book a 45-minute intro call.

Pick the depth
that fits.

Three layers — the base pack, channel deep-dives, and an optional Strategic Roadmap upgrade. Live pricing updates as you tick.

// Layer 1 — Mandatory base pack

SEO & Analytics base pack

The analytics + organic-search foundation everything else sits on. GA4, GTM, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, technical + on-page + local SEO. Pre-checked, can't be unticked — every other deep-dive depends on this work being sound.

// Process _ 02

How it
works.

  1. 01

    Book

    Pick a 45-minute slot via the calendar. The booking form asks for your name, email, phone, business name, and website. If you've ticked deep-dives or the Strategic Roadmap upgrade above, your selection is auto-filled into the booking notes — edit it before submitting if anything's off.

  2. 02

    Review

    Before the call, I run the Health Check at the depth you chose. For paid configurations, I'll send instructions for granting read-only access to the platforms relevant to your ticks (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) plus a short intake questionnaire (your goals, current challenges, what you've tried).

  3. 03

    Meet

    On the 45-minute call, I walk you through the Health Check findings + the Roadmap output. We discuss priorities and what to tackle first. No hard sell.

  4. 04

    Report

    You get the PDF after the call. Yours to keep, regardless of whether we work together further. The whole point is that you walk away with something useful even if we never speak again.

// Booking _ 03

Two intro-call
paths.

If a 45-minute slot feels like a lot before you've even talked to me, there's a shorter option:

Intro-only

You'd rather have a brief discovery chat first — no Health Check, no Roadmap. Just talk.

If the 30-min intro suggests the configurator would be useful, you can book the 45-min walkthrough as the next step. No pressure either way.

// Patterns _ 04

What it
might surface.

The kinds of patterns I most commonly turn up — illustrative, not specific to any client.

// TRACKING

Conversion tracking installed but not firing on form submit, so the business has been flying blind on which campaigns are actually working.

// GBP

A Google Business Profile claimed but no posts in 14 months, missing categories, and the wrong opening hours during the holiday season.

// PIXEL

A Meta Pixel firing the same purchase event twice, doubling reported revenue and corrupting audience targeting.

// ADS

Google Ads bidding on broad-match terms wasting around 40% of spend on irrelevant searches, with no negative-keyword discipline.

// BRAND

Strong branded search demand on the business name, with no campaign defending it — competitors paying to bid on it.

// PLUGINS

A WordPress site with eleven plugins, three of them outdated, all of them slowing the site down on mobile.

// AI

A site invisible in ChatGPT and Perplexity results for the most relevant business questions, despite ranking on Google.

These aren't case studies — they're the kinds of patterns that come up across many businesses. Yours will look different.

// Examples _ 05

A few example
engagements.

Invented but realistic — composites of the kind of work this business is built to do. Frame: "the kind of engagement an SMB owner might have", not testimonials.

// FAQ _ 06

Common
questions.

Why is SEO & Analytics the mandatory base pack?
Because it's the foundation everything else gets measured on. Paid campaigns can't track conversions without the analytics setup. Web design changes can't be measured without baseline analytics in place. AI search visibility can't be tracked without the schema + crawler-access fundamentals being right. If you skip the base pack, the deep-dives can't tell you whether what you're doing is working.
What's the difference between the free baseline and a paid configuration?
The free baseline covers everything visible from outside your accounts — site performance, public SEO signals, AI search visibility (manual queries), Google Business Profile public view, social presence. Paid configurations add the analytics + advertising platforms (which can't be properly assessed without read-only access) and depth on the channels you tick.
Do I have to give you account access?
Only if you've ticked deep-dives or the Strategic Roadmap upgrade. The free baseline needs no access. For paid configurations, I'll send instructions for granting read-only access — no admin or write permissions, and you can revoke access anytime.
What's the Strategic Roadmap upgrade and do I need it?
The Health Check tells you where you stand. The free Roadmap output (3–5 prioritised next moves) tells you what to do first. The Strategic Roadmap upgrade goes deeper: a sequenced 6–12 month plan, budget guidance with real numbers, an explicit "what NOT to do" section, competitive context, and metrics that tell you whether the work is working. Most prospects who plan to act on the Health Check findings — themselves or with someone else — find the Strategic Roadmap pays for itself by avoiding spend on the wrong things.
What happens after the Health Check + Roadmap?
You get the PDF and the call. From there, it's your decision: act on the recommendations yourself, hand the report to someone else, jump into Build & Launch with me, or just sit on it for a few months. No commitment, no pressure.
How long does it take?
Free baseline: about 45–60 minutes of my time before the call, then the 45-minute call. Paid configurations: time scales with what you've ticked. From booking to delivery is usually within one to two weeks, depending on the depth and how quickly access is granted.
