A five-stage
journey,
not a menu.

// Overview // 5 stages · 3 layers

I work in stages, not from a service menu. It starts with a clear-eyed look at where you stand, then works out where you want to go, turns that into a plan you can act on — and, if you want, I build the work and look after it once it's live.

Each stage stands on its own. You can stop at any point with something useful in hand. You don't have to go all the way through, and you don't have to start at the beginning if you already know what you need.

// How I work with you

How I work with you.

Before the services, before the stages, there's a working relationship — and it doesn't change regardless of which tactical work is or isn't happening.

You work with one person, start to finish. The same person who reads what's in your Google Search Console writes the plan, builds the website, runs the ads, and sends you the monthly report. The whole thing stays with me, so keeping it joined up is my job — you're not the one chasing four specialists to stay in the same conversation.

In practice that means I stay involved as it goes, rather than waiting for you to ask. I keep an eye on what's working and what isn't, and I tell you what to do about it. Recommendations get surfaced before you have to chase them; bigger changes get your sign-off; small things just get done.

The relationship scales with the engagement. A one-off Digital Health Check buyer gets it for 45 minutes on a call. A Looked After client gets it monthly, for as long as the engagement runs. Same shape, different depths.

// The five stages

The five stages.

Five stages across three phases — start free, work out the plan, then make it happen. Take only the parts that earn their place.

It's a path, not a contract. Start with the free check, then go as far as each step makes sense — you can stop after any stage with something useful in hand.

// Start here — free

Every first call includes one, free. It's where almost everyone starts.

  1. Digital Health Check

    Free

    A plain-English check-up of your website, search visibility, Google listing, ads, and whether AI tools like ChatGPT can find you — done from public info before the call and walked through with you live.

    You walk away with A clear read on what's working, what's quietly costing you, and the top three things to fix first — yours to keep, work with me or not.

// Work out the plan

Optional. Plenty of people take the free check and run with it — but if you'd rather know exactly what to do, and in what order, this is where that comes from.

  1. Client Exploration

    Free chat

    A straight conversation about what you're actually trying to achieve — so anything I suggest fits your goals, not a template.

    You walk away with A shared, honest picture of where you want to get to.

  2. Strategic Digital Roadmap

    Paid

    A prioritised plan in plain language: what to fix first, what to skip, what each part costs, and the order to do it in.

    You walk away with A plan you can act on yourself, hand to someone else, or bring back to me.

// Make it happen

Pick what you need — build it, keep it running, or both. You only ever take the parts worth doing.

  1. Build & Launch

    Paid

    I do the work the plan calls for — a new website, ads, search and tracking set up properly — then launch it and check it's actually working.

    You walk away with The work done, tested, and live — without you having to project-manage it.

  2. Looked After

    Monthly

    Ongoing monthly care once it's live: a plain-English report, a catch-up call, and the steady improvements that keep it earning.

    You walk away with One person keeping an eye on everything, so you don't have to think about it.

// Common paths

Common paths through.

The journey isn't a funnel that locks you in — it's a map. Most clients use part of it, not all of it. You can start at any stage; each one makes sense on its own.

// FULL

The full journey

Digital Health Check → Client Exploration → Strategic Digital Roadmap → Build & Launch → Looked After. Help the whole way through.

// DIAG

Diagnosis, goals and plan only

Digital Health Check → Client Exploration → Strategic Digital Roadmap, then you act on it yourself or hand it to someone else. The Strategic Digital Roadmap is written so this is a real option.

// BUILD

Build only

Digital Health Check → Build & Launch. A defined project — a new website, an ad-campaign launch — without ongoing support afterwards.

// ONGO

Ongoing only

Looked After. You've already got everything built and just want someone to manage it from here.

// SKIP

Skip the diagnosis

Build & Launch → Looked After. You already know what you need and want execution plus ongoing support straight away.

You can start at any stage. Each page makes sense on its own.

// The five services

The five services, where they fit.

The five services sit inside the journey, not in front of it. They're what gets looked at in Stage 1, planned in Stage 3, and carried out in Stages 4 and 5. SEO & analytics ★ is the foundation everything else builds on — without the tracking set up first, you can't see what the paid work is actually producing.

The service pages tell you what each one involves; this page tells you how they fit together over time.

// What ongoing looks like

What ongoing looks like.

For clients on broader ongoing engagements — particularly those spanning several services — the relationship usually becomes something more than typical consulting. You get the kind of attention, strategic thinking, and ongoing oversight a senior digital-marketing person would bring — across SEO and analytics, AI-search visibility, ads, and your website. Without having to hire someone, manage them, or carry the salary.

In scope

  • Strategic thinking about your digital presence across several services.
  • Reporting and visibility a senior in-house person would provide.
  • Ongoing oversight, monitoring, and proactive recommendations.
  • Implementation across SEO and analytics, AI-search visibility, paid search, paid social, web, and Google Business Profile.
  • Decision-making support and cross-channel coordination.

Out of scope

  • Organic social media management — content creation, scheduling, community management.
  • Ad creative production — design, video, photography, brand assets.
  • Content writing as standard — blog posts, articles, page copy. (Available as an add-on; SEO briefs are included.)
  • Email marketing campaigns, PR, influencer marketing, brand-identity work, internal team management, or anything that needs me on-site regularly.

This is digital-marketing operations and optimisation with strategic input — not a full marketing department in a box. Roughly: anything technical, configurational, analytical, or optimisation-focused is in scope; anything creative, content-heavy, or audience-relationship-building is out of scope or referred elsewhere.

// Common questions

Common questions.

Do I have to do every stage?
No. Each stage gives you something useful on its own. Plenty of clients do a Digital Health Check and a Strategic Digital Roadmap, then run the plan themselves. The full journey is for clients who want help the whole way through — it's not the default.
Can I skip the early stages?
Yes. If you already know what you need, you can start at Build & Launch — or at Looked After if everything's already built. Most clients find the Digital Health Check useful even when they've got a clear idea of the work — it's a sanity check on what to do first and what to leave alone. But it's not mandatory.
Where does pricing live?
On each stage's page, and in conversation. The Digital Health Check is free. The Strategic Digital Roadmap is priced from the services it covers and sold on a call, not bought from the website. Build & Launch is quoted per project, based on what the Strategic Digital Roadmap calls for. Looked After is a monthly fee that starts from around $1,000/month and scales with scope.
What if my situation doesn't fit cleanly into one stage?
Most don't, exactly. Use the closest match as a starting point, and I'll help you find the right shape on the call. The journey is a map, not a contract.
How do I know if you're the right person for the work?
Book a free 45-minute call. I'll prepare a Digital Health Check beforehand and walk you through it live — yours to keep, whether you work with me afterwards or not. You'll know if it's a fit. If it isn't, you've still got something useful to take away.
