A four-stage
journey,
not a menu.

// Overview // 3 buyable stage-products + 5 channels

Many digital agencies sell you a service. I work in stages. The journey starts with a clear-eyed look at where you are, sequences into a plan you can act on, then — if you want — moves into building the work and looking after it once it's live.

Each stage stands on its own. You can stop at any point with something useful in hand. You don't need to go all the way through, and you don't need to start at the beginning if you already know what you need.

// Journey _ 01

The four
stages.

The first two stages — see where you stand and know what to do next — are sold as a single combined product. You pick the depth on the Health Check + Roadmap page and see live pricing as you go. The remaining two stages — Build & Launch and Looked After — are separate pieces of work.

Build & Launch

// Leave the work to me

Whatever the roadmap calls for — new site, ads, SEO setup, conversion tracking, GBP optimisation — I build it, launch it, and verify it's working. One person, accountable for all of it.

Looked After

// Don't worry about it

Each month: a performance report, a catch-up call, ongoing implementation. You stay informed without becoming a marketing manager yourself.

// Paths _ 02

Common paths
through.

The journey isn't a funnel that locks you in. It's a map. Most clients use some, not all of it.

// FULL

Full journey

Health Check + Roadmap → Build & Launch → Looked After. End-to-end help.

// DIAG

Diagnostic + plan only

Health Check + Roadmap (any configurator depth) → done. You take the findings and the plan and act on them yourself, or hand them to someone else. The Roadmap is written so this is a real option.

// BUILD

Build only

Health Check + Roadmap → Build & Launch → done. A defined project — a new website, an ad campaign launch — without ongoing support after the build.

// ONGO

Ongoing only

Looked After → done. You've already got everything built and just want someone to manage it going forward.

// SKIP

Skip the diagnostic

Build & Launch → Looked After. You already know what you need and want execution + ongoing support straight away.

You can start at any stage. Each page makes sense on its own.

// Ongoing _ 04

What ongoing
looks like.

For clients on broader Stage 03 plans — particularly those covering multiple services — the relationship that develops is closer to having an experienced digital marketing person on the team than to a typical consulting arrangement.

What that means

  • Strategic thinking across multiple channels.
  • Reporting and visibility a senior in-house person would provide.
  • Ongoing oversight, monitoring, and proactive recommendations.
  • Implementation work across SEO & analytics, AI search visibility, paid search, paid social, web, and Google Business Profile.
  • Decision-making support and cross-channel coordination.

What it doesn't include

  • Organic social media management — content creation, scheduling, community management.
  • Visual creative production — design, video, photography, brand assets.
  • Long-form content writing — blog posts, articles, page copy. (Available as add-on, not standard. SEO briefs are included.)
  • Email marketing campaigns, PR, influencer marketing, brand identity work, internal team management, on-site presence.

Digital marketing operations and optimisation with strategic input — not a full marketing department in a box. Anything technical, configurational, analytical, or optimisation-focused is in scope. Anything creative, content-heavy, or audience-relationship-building is out of scope or referred elsewhere.

// FAQ _ 05

Common
questions.

Do I have to do every stage?
No. Each stage delivers value standalone. Plenty of clients do just a Health Check + Roadmap and execute the plan themselves. The full journey is for clients who want end-to-end help — it's not the default.
Can I skip the Health Check + Roadmap?
Yes. If you already know what you need, you can start at Build & Launch (or Looked After if everything's already built). Most clients find the Health Check + Roadmap useful even when they've got a clear idea of the work — it's a sanity check on what to do first and what NOT to do. But it's not mandatory.
Where does pricing live?
On each stage page. Health Check + Roadmap is configurator-priced — free baseline (paired with a free Roadmap on the intro call), or a paid version that scales from $300 (analytics base pack only) up to $4,090 (every channel + Strategic Roadmap upgrade). The Strategic Roadmap upgrade is auto-priced from the channels you've ticked, capped at $3,025. Build & Launch is project-priced based on what the Roadmap calls for. Looked After is a flexible monthly fee starting from around $1,000/month, scaling with scope.
What if my situation doesn't fit cleanly into one stage?
Most situations don't, exactly. Use the closest match as a starting point and we'll figure out the right shape on the intro call. The journey is a map, not a contract.
How do I know if you're the right person for the work?
Book a free 45-minute intro call. I'll prepare a Free Health Check and a Free Roadmap before we meet — both delivered live on the call, both yours to keep. If we're a good fit, you'll know. If we're not, you've still got something useful to walk away with.
