The full journey
Digital Health Check → Client Exploration → Strategic Digital Roadmap → Build & Launch → Looked After. Help the whole way through.
I work in stages, not from a service menu. It starts with a clear-eyed look at where you stand, then works out where you want to go, turns that into a plan you can act on — and, if you want, I build the work and look after it once it's live.
Each stage stands on its own. You can stop at any point with something useful in hand. You don't have to go all the way through, and you don't have to start at the beginning if you already know what you need.
// How I work with you
Before the services, before the stages, there's a working relationship — and it doesn't change regardless of which tactical work is or isn't happening.
You work with one person, start to finish. The same person who reads what's in your Google Search Console writes the plan, builds the website, runs the ads, and sends you the monthly report. The whole thing stays with me, so keeping it joined up is my job — you're not the one chasing four specialists to stay in the same conversation.
In practice that means I stay involved as it goes, rather than waiting for you to ask. I keep an eye on what's working and what isn't, and I tell you what to do about it. Recommendations get surfaced before you have to chase them; bigger changes get your sign-off; small things just get done.
The relationship scales with the engagement. A one-off Digital Health Check buyer gets it for 45 minutes on a call. A Looked After client gets it monthly, for as long as the engagement runs. Same shape, different depths.
// The five stages
Five stages across three phases — start free, work out the plan, then make it happen. Take only the parts that earn their place.
It's a path, not a contract. Start with the free check, then go as far as each step makes sense — you can stop after any stage with something useful in hand.
// Start here — free
Every first call includes one, free. It's where almost everyone starts.
// Work out the plan
Optional. Plenty of people take the free check and run with it — but if you'd rather know exactly what to do, and in what order, this is where that comes from.
A straight conversation about what you're actually trying to achieve — so anything I suggest fits your goals, not a template.
You walk away with A shared, honest picture of where you want to get to.
A prioritised plan in plain language: what to fix first, what to skip, what each part costs, and the order to do it in.
You walk away with A plan you can act on yourself, hand to someone else, or bring back to me.
// Make it happen
Pick what you need — build it, keep it running, or both. You only ever take the parts worth doing.
I do the work the plan calls for — a new website, ads, search and tracking set up properly — then launch it and check it's actually working.
You walk away with The work done, tested, and live — without you having to project-manage it.
Ongoing monthly care once it's live: a plain-English report, a catch-up call, and the steady improvements that keep it earning.
You walk away with One person keeping an eye on everything, so you don't have to think about it.
// Common paths
The journey isn't a funnel that locks you in — it's a map. Most clients use part of it, not all of it. You can start at any stage; each one makes sense on its own.
// FULL
Digital Health Check → Client Exploration → Strategic Digital Roadmap → Build & Launch → Looked After. Help the whole way through.
// DIAG
Digital Health Check → Client Exploration → Strategic Digital Roadmap, then you act on it yourself or hand it to someone else. The Strategic Digital Roadmap is written so this is a real option.
// BUILD
Digital Health Check → Build & Launch. A defined project — a new website, an ad-campaign launch — without ongoing support afterwards.
// ONGO
Looked After. You've already got everything built and just want someone to manage it from here.
// SKIP
Build & Launch → Looked After. You already know what you need and want execution plus ongoing support straight away.
You can start at any stage. Each page makes sense on its own.
// The five services
The five services sit inside the journey, not in front of it. They're what gets looked at in Stage 1, planned in Stage 3, and carried out in Stages 4 and 5. SEO & analytics ★ is the foundation everything else builds on — without the tracking set up first, you can't see what the paid work is actually producing.
A clear, fast website people can understand, trust, and contact you through.
Help people find you, and stop making digital decisions from guesswork. This is the foundation the rest builds on.
Make your organisation easier for AI tools to understand, mention, and explain properly.
Reach people already searching for what you offer, with tracking in place before money starts going out.
Get in front of the right people before they're actively searching for you.
The service pages tell you what each one involves; this page tells you how they fit together over time.
// What ongoing looks like
For clients on broader ongoing engagements — particularly those spanning several services — the relationship usually becomes something more than typical consulting. You get the kind of attention, strategic thinking, and ongoing oversight a senior digital-marketing person would bring — across SEO and analytics, AI-search visibility, ads, and your website. Without having to hire someone, manage them, or carry the salary.
This is digital-marketing operations and optimisation with strategic input — not a full marketing department in a box. Roughly: anything technical, configurational, analytical, or optimisation-focused is in scope; anything creative, content-heavy, or audience-relationship-building is out of scope or referred elsewhere.
