What to expect
Before the call
When you book, I'll ask for your website URL and a bit of context about your business. I use that to put together your digital health check — a review of your site's technical performance, search visibility, content, and AI search readiness. If you're running Google Ads or social campaigns, I can review those too — just share access when you book.
I do this work before we meet so that when we get on the call, we've got something real to talk about — not hypotheticals.
On the call (45 minutes)
We'll start with introductions — who you are, what your business does, and what you're trying to achieve. Then we'll walk through the health check together. I'll give you an honest assessment of where things stand, what's working, what's not, and what I'd prioritise if I were in your shoes. No pitch, no pressure — just a straight conversation.
After the call
The health check is yours to take away and act on however you like. If it makes sense to work together, I'll put together a proposal with clear scope, deliverables, and pricing — typically within a few days. If it doesn't make sense, no hard feelings. You've still got a useful document and an honest opinion.
